1. Description of Service
Our application provides automation services that connect Google Sheets with the Google Gemini API. These services are designed to streamline business operations, including but not limited to:

2. Authorization & Access

Granting Permissions: By signing in via Google OAuth, you grant the application permission to access your Google Sheets and use the Generative Language API on your behalf.

Revocation: You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account security settings. However, doing so may cause the automation workflows to cease functioning.
3. User Responsibilities

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the data contained within your Google Sheets. Our tool processes the data “as-is.”

Ethical AI Use: You agree not to use the Gemini API integration to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
4. AI-Generated Content (Gemini API)

Nature of AI: You acknowledge that responses generated by the Gemini API are produced by artificial intelligence. While we aim for high quality, Repair Zone BD does not guarantee the 100% accuracy or factual correctness of AI-generated text.

Review: We recommend that all AI-generated outputs, especially those intended for customers, be reviewed by a human for accuracy.
5. Data Handling & Privacy

Your data use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not use data retrieved from your Google Sheets to train independent machine learning models or for any purpose outside of your explicit automation workflows.
6. Limitation of Liability
Repair Zone BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Automated actions taken within your Google Sheets.

Temporary downtime of Google Cloud services or the Gemini API.

Any data loss occurring within your Google account due to user-configured workflows.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our automation tools if we detect a violation of these terms or Google’s API Acceptable Use policies.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our automation services or Google’s requirements. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
