Eligible products may be returned within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
The original manufacturer packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and invoice must be included.
The product must not show any signs of physical damage, modification, or misuse.
If the parcel arrives damaged or opened, do not accept it from the courier. Please notify Repair Zone immediately so we can investigate the issue.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Incorrect product delivered
Product received with a manufacturing defect
Missing accessories or components
Product damaged during shipping
Wrong quantity delivered
All returned products are inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.
If your return request is approved, Repair Zone will replace the product with the same model or an equivalent alternative, subject to stock availability.
If the replacement product is temporarily unavailable, we will:
Reserve the replacement item,
Offer an alternative product of similar value, or
Process a refund according to this policy.
Replacement processing time depends on stock availability and quality inspection.
Repair Zone reserves the right to cancel an order if:
The product becomes unavailable.
Pricing or inventory errors occur.
Payment verification fails.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Delivery is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is cancelled by Repair Zone after payment has been received, a full refund of the eligible amount will be processed.
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing time typically ranges from 1 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service.
If promotional discounts, cashback, reward points, or coupons were applied to the order, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
For online payments, payment gateway or transaction processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong or defective product.
The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

Products showing signs of installation or use
Consumable items that have already been opened or installed

Compatibility issues are the customer's responsibility. Please verify your device model carefully before placing an order.
Refunds will not be issued simply because:
You ordered the wrong item.
The product is incompatible with your device.
You changed your mind after purchase.
You no longer need the product.
Repair service charges are generally non-refundable once repair work has begun or has been completed.
However, if Repair Zone determines that we are unable to complete the approved repair, any eligible unused parts or service charges may be refunded according to our service agreement.
If the same repair issue reoccurs during the applicable warranty period, we will provide warranty service in accordance with our Warranty Policy rather than issuing a refund.
Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable.
If a return is approved for reasons not caused by Repair Zone, the customer is responsible for returning the product safely using a reliable courier service.
If the return is approved because Repair Zone shipped an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, we will bear the reasonable replacement shipping cost.
Repair Zone is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipment receipt.
Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.
Repair Zone reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.
Repair Zone reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
