Repair Zone Warranty Policy

At Repair Zone, we are committed to delivering reliable repair services and high-quality replacement parts. Every eligible repair is backed by our warranty to give you confidence and peace of mind.

Please read the following warranty terms carefully before requesting warranty service.

Repair Service Warranty

Repair Zone provides a 30-day service warranty on eligible repair services.

If the same fault returns within 30 days of the repair date due to our workmanship, we will inspect your device and repair the issue at no additional labour cost.

If the original fault cannot be resolved after inspection, Repair Zone may offer an alternative solution or refund the original service charge, subject to our technical evaluation.

Please Note:

Warranty applies only to the original repaired fault.

New or unrelated hardware or software issues are not covered.

Physical damage, liquid damage, or customer misuse after repair will void the warranty.

Display Replacement Warranty

Repair Zone offers a limited warranty on eligible display replacements.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover accidental or external damage.

The display warranty becomes void if the device shows:

Cracked or broken glass

Liquid or moisture damage

Burn marks

Pressure damage

Dead pixels caused by impact

Green, white, or coloured display lines caused by physical damage

Blank or flickering screen resulting from accidental damage

Bent frame or housing

Any signs of misuse or unauthorized repair

If a display qualifies for warranty service, our technicians will inspect the device before approval. Replacement time may require up to 72 hours, depending on parts availability and quality testing.

Battery Replacement Warranty

Replacement batteries supplied by Repair Zone include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The battery warranty does not cover:

Water or liquid damage

Short circuits

Physical damage

Swollen batteries caused by misuse

Damage from non-certified chargers or accessories

Battery performance affected by abnormal usage, excessive heat, or software issues

If you experience unusually poor battery performance under normal usage during the warranty period, we will test the battery and provide warranty service if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Approved battery warranty replacements may require up to 72 hours for testing and replacement.

Parts Warranty

Eligible replacement parts supplied by Repair Zone are covered against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage

Liquid damage

Electrical surges

Unauthorized repair or modification

Normal cosmetic wear

Damage caused by improper handling

Warranty duration varies depending on the replacement part and will be clearly stated on your invoice.

Repair Time & Service Delays

Most common repairs are completed on the same day.

However, repair time may be extended due to:

Parts availability

Advanced motherboard repairs

Software-related issues

Additional faults discovered during diagnosis

Supplier delays

Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

If a delay occurs, our team will keep you informed throughout the repair process.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service:

Bring the repaired device to any Repair Zone branch.

Present your original invoice or digital proof of repair.

Our technicians will inspect the device.

If the issue is covered under warranty, the repair will be completed according to the applicable warranty terms.

Repair Zone reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet the warranty conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your warranty valid:

Keep your original invoice or digital receipt.

Do not allow unauthorized repair or modification.

Protect your device from accidental impact and liquid exposure.

Use genuine or certified charging accessories.

Report warranty issues before the warranty period expires.

Device Collection Policy

Customers are requested to collect repaired devices as soon as possible after receiving notification.

Repair Zone recommends collecting repaired devices within 60 days of repair completion.

Devices left unclaimed beyond this period may be subject to storage limitations or disposal in accordance with applicable laws and company policy. Repair Zone shall not be responsible for loss, damage, or deterioration of unclaimed devices after the stated collection period.

Warranty Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by warranty:

Accidental drops

Cracked screens after delivery

Water or liquid damage

Fire or heat damage

Customer negligence

Software issues unrelated to the repair

Virus or malware

Power surge damage

Improper charging practices

Unauthorized repairs by third parties

Damage caused by incompatible accessories

Policy Updates

Repair Zone reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website will always supersede previous versions.
